Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Policy

Indemnification

Clients agree to hold Clientomic LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of our marketing services.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to:

1. Attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication.

2. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration held in California.

Termination of Services

Clientomic LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• A client violates these terms.

• Payments are not made on time.

• A client engages in fraudulent or unethical business practices.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
